    "content": "Following the Adjournment Motion this afternoon, a number of important issues have been raised pertaining to the matter of the Adjournment Motion; and that is the issue of the transfer of functions from the county government to the national Government. As it was stated yesterday in the news dispatch, this is not a light matter. The news dispatch itself from the national Government said that this is an unprecedented matter and, indeed, it is. I, therefore, want to agree with the Senators who said that this is an important matter, and that it is unprecedented. For that reason, the Senate must take cue from what has happened, and perhaps move the country forward.
