Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion: THAT, taking into consideration the finding of the Committee on Appointments in its Fourth Report on the vetting of nominees for approval as CSs, laid on the Table of the House on 25th February 2020 and pursuant to provisions of Article 152 (2) of the Constitution and Section 3(a) of the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act 2011, this House approves the appointment of the following persons as CSs in respective ministries: 1. Mutahi Kagwe - Ministry of Health 2. Betty Chemutai Maina (CBS) - Ministry of Industrialisation, Trade and Enterprise Development."
