    "content": "The Bill, in its miscellaneous areas, states that the Board shall within a period of three months after the end of each financial year or within such a longer period as the Cabinet Secretary may approve, submit to the Cabinet Secretary a report of the operations of the Board during such year and annual balance sheet and such other statements of accounts as the Cabinet shall require together with Auditor-General report. The Board shall, if the Cabinet Secretary so requires, publish the report, balance sheet and statements submitted to him under sub-section (1) in such a manner as the Cabinet Secretary shall specify."
