    "content": "Slow down. What is your problem? Funds, as they wait to be paid as bonuses, need to be invested wisely, so that they are not misused by buying other commodities in-between. They should be invested in the interest of farmers. It needs to be captured in law. The current KTDA factories were constructed by tea growers. The sugar-cane farmers are using factories that were constructed by the national Government. The national Government must come in, especially when dealing with a foreign exchange earner like tea. Currently there is a lot of congestion in our tea factories. Farmers spend their nights in tea buying centers and their tea is collected after one or two days because of congestion. Also, in this law, we need to capture that the Government needs to chip in to protect this foreign exchange earner.
