    "content": "There was also the concern of the marketing structure of tea. In as much as we are going to produce tea, we will do crop husbandry. The joy of a farmer is to see that there is a market and good marketing structure. Hon. Mbarire expressed her interest to make some proposals in the administration and structure of Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA), which we will accommodate. We want to really encourage her to bring those amendments, so that we can enrich the Bill and make it farmer-driven, acceptable to all Kenyans and be supportive to the farmer."
