    "content": "As a Committee, we looked at various issues. We sought most of them because Members had expressed their concerns. For example, what you have just heard from Hon. Jungle. He has mentioned an issue which is already captured in the proposed amendments by the Report. What we, as a Committee felt, was expressed by Hon. Jungle. That means that we talk the same language. We feel for the same farmer whom we will also accommodate. Should there be any other opposition, we want to welcome it and be accommodative to as many Members’ views as possible, so that we can build a Bill that is really good for all of us."
