    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to mention something on a matter that has been going on. I have seen a purported survey of the NG-CDF. The researchers in that survey were calling people to collect data. They even called my constituency office. How would you do an independent survey and you ask the person you want to rate to give you the figures? This is a fake thing that must be condemned. We have research methodologies which are scientific in terms of sampling framework and research design. We will not allow fake things to come here, especially the issue of trying to rate people without a proper framework. We know the NG-CDF Board is responsible and will do proper evaluation of NG-CDF projects. However, some fake bodies have come up. They do not understand the scientific methodology when it comes to research. For example, they called my constituency office asking for figures, so that they could rate me. If they are doing any rating, then it should be independent. It should be without the knowledge of the respondents. That is what we call objectivity."
