    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if you recall - because this is important - at the time somebody brought a Petition here to remove the word “Harambee”, Sen. Faki, in fact explained that “Harambee” is not a Kiswahili word. He explained to us the origin of the word Harambee in the Coat of Arms. Similarly, the person who is trying to remove this, is using the same formula. I would think that in future, we should have a Standing Order that dismisses some of these Petitions.
