I think short of calling them frivolous, regarding some of these petitions that come, any person can petition Parliament and they have tried to. However, this particular one, you may not even know where to send it after it has been approved. At Independence, when our Flag and National Anthem were approved; each item on the flag, every color and every symbol was explained enough at that time and reasons were given why it was found necessary to have them. Therefore, I think that we should go slow on trying to change even an iota of anything on our Flag or National Anthem. While the petitioner has a right to petition, I think that at some point we should be able to say that within our jurisdiction, this is beyond us or it is frivolous.
