    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, there are four main expectations that the people of Vihiga have from the national Government. Number one, concrete answers as to why the police in the county take so long to respond to alarm raised by distressed residents. In this particular incident, we are informed that the attackers raided this home at around 1.00 a.m. in the night, and police showed up three hours after that, at 4.00 a.m. in the morning going to 5.00 a.m. Two, is the status of investigation on these two main recent incidents. Three, an assurance that the perpetrators of these heinous acts are brought to book. Finally, we pray that their security is restored."
