I direct that the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries as they visit Isiolo, Samburu Marsabit and other counties affected by locusts, to include in their itinerary, the issues that have been raised by Sen. Halake in this statment regarding the food and mouth disease in Isiolo County. I further direct that Sen. Halake be facilitated as a friend of the Committee so othat we maximise on the use of resources. So, ordered."
