This is because I would like every Senator to have a Statement in respect to their counties so that if somebody has an issue with their respective county, they can raise it the same way Sen. Dullo was able to raise an issue when Universal Healthcare (UHC) was enrolled in Isiolo. The parameters are very important, because what happens in Mandera and Kiambu counties is not the same thing that is going to happen in Makueni County.
