    "content": "When President Lula da Silva was here, I am quite sure that if we have so many Kenyans who speak Portuguese and hence who could mix very easily and interact much more usefully with their delegation, there would be very few and yet we have two big African nations, Angola and Mozambique which are Luciophone speaking not forgetting Guinea-Bissau, Sao Tome and so on, which are much smaller nations. So, there is need for our Government which I am part of and our nation to be reinforced by these delegations to make this point because it becomes very useful in such meetings when you can, indeed, penetrate the other side by being much more accessible to what they say and speak."
