    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir. The Committee of Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights agrees with the proposed amendments to Clause 5(2)(b) on the reasons that the Clause 5(2)(a) provides for the qualification of the County Attorney and Clause 5(2)(b) in the proposed amendment only inserts yet another qualification, which is legal practitioner. We are satisfied, as a Committee, that it is sufficient for that person to be appointed as a County Attorney and we approve the amendments."
