    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, the Committee agrees with the proposed amendment to Clause 6 by the National Assembly on the grounds that the Senate had approved that the County Attorney will serve for a renewable term of six years. The National Assembly has amended that which means that the term of that county attorney will be renewable. Further, the amendment to Clause 6 has provided by the National Assembly will put the county attorney in the status and ranks of a County Executive Committee (CEC) Member which the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the Senate agrees, concurs and approves."
