I move that Clause 2 be approved because of the following reasons- (a) In the definition of the term “education appeals tribunal” by deleting the expression Section 92 and substituting thereof the expression 93. (b) deleting the definition of the term “pupil”; and, (c) inserting the following new definition in their proper alphabetical sequence- i.
