    "content": "(3) The County Executive Committee member shall cause a further review of an education center to be conducted upon the request of the County Education Board. (4) The County Executive Committee member shall submit the findings of a review under this section to the County Education Board and to the head teacher of the education center for implementation. (5) The findings submitted under subsection (4) shall include− (a) information on whether the education center meets the criteria for registration as an education centre; and (b) information on the areas where improvement is required, if it does not meet the criteria"
