    "content": " Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 20 of the Bill be amended– (a) by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause “(1) The board of management shall not change the location of the center nor acquire additional premises for the purpose of running the education center unless it has applied to, and obtained the approval, of the County Education Board.” (b) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the words “head teacher” and substituting therefor the expression “board of management”"
