    "content": " Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 23 of the Bill be amended− (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph “(c) The head teacher of the education center has breached or is breaching his or her statutory duties in relation to the education center under this Act or any other written law;” (b) In sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “pupil” appearing in paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the word “learner”."
