    "content": "In April this year, we will have another rebasing of the economy which happened in 2014. That means that somebody somewhere will tell us that we are “X” per cent richer than we were and that will increase debt appetite for the Government. The monies that are appropriated from borrowing are huge infrastructural projects, which the symposium observed that 40 to 45 per cent, and in some cases even 50 per cent, goes to development corruption."
