    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, the long and short of it is that the Conference was good. I hope that from these deliberations, we, as parliamentarians, can look at legislative measures that would enhance the fight against corruption. It is very mutating and moves very fast, and people devise new ways. Sometimes if you look at our laws, you may never catch the real perpetrator of corruption initiator because they may not be the ones who sign documents. They use other proxies who then suffer. You can see the case of the National Youth Service (NYS) and so on. So, we need to be ahead in terms of technology and legislation."
