    "content": "the laws are being misused in a very bad way. Communities know that this is happening, and it is very sad that the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) is not doing anything. I disagree with the EACC because they have an officer who is attached to the County Public Accounts and Investments Committee (CPAIC). The EACC has made a few arrests in the past, but that is not enough. A corrupt person is a thief and thieves belong in jail. Assets of the Government need to be recovered."
