    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. It is all very well for the Assistant Minister to tell us the reasons and about the community, which we appreciate. However, it would not have taken rocket science for the Ministry to cushion Kenyan wheat farmers by setting the price of wheat at the level where the farmers can make returns. The Government also ought to have ensured that it buys all the wheat the same way it buys maize. Why did he not consider doing that? He has a duty to Kenyan farmers."
