    "content": "I want to support this Bill because of the creation of the Board. I insist that I am happy with the nomination of the board members, although I wish that more farmers are nominated to the Board - especially small-scale farmers rather than the plantation farmers. This is because it is the small-scale farmers who have a very huge need to negotiate. Big farmers like Brooke Bond or Finlay can market their tea outside the country as corporates. But small-scale farmers who are taken by KTDA as the umbrella need more representation in the Board."
