    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me a chance to also make my contribution. I come from a tea growing area known as Gatanga but from what we are earning, we might forego that crop and start selling water because we are known to supply water to Nairobians, with my sister here. Unless we address the cost of production, our farmers will continue getting nothing. One of the major problems we have with KTDA is the infrastructure which they develop on behalf of farmers, especially the tea factories. These buildings are built using very old styles.
