    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for the opportunity to speak to this Bill. I have waited for the last two days to have a chance to speak because this Bill is so close to my heart. I come from a tea growing area, which depends largely on income from tea proceeds. I know the anxiety back home, especially when they were paid the bonuses which were very poor. It is a major concern for all of us.
