    "content": "It is clear that the level of preparedness of this Government is wanting. The CS is buying time on this matter, and yet, we have no time to lose. This is a situation that has a potential of causing famine to the entire Republic. Therefore, I request you to invoke the provisions of Article 125 of the Constitution to summon the CS to appear before the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries on Monday as requested by the Chairperson of the Committee, so that all Senators can be invited to that session."
