It is about time we demonstrated whether the Constitution is supreme or CSs are supreme to the Constitution. Senators and Members of the National Assembly are the elected representative of the people of Kenya who are sovereign. So, when a CS defies a requirement of the House to appear, that is a gross constitutional violation."
