Further to the statement by the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, I direct that the CS for Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Cooperatives appear before the Standing Committee on Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries on Monday, 24th February, 2020, failure to which the provision of Article 125 of the Constitution shall be applied to enforce the attendance of the CS.
