He has been a faithful servant of the people of Kenya, especially when it comes to transfer of resources from the national to the county governments. Sen. Khaniri has brought a very important Statement. But I want to remind him that we live in very interesting times, not like we were in the last term. You know that. We live at a time when counties are being told, “Take it or leave it.” Everything just happens to counties.
