    "content": "It is also important that whenever there is an undertaking given by a CS, a Committee should endeavour as much as possible to bring some report of what the CS appearing before the Committee said and undertook to do so that then there can be a follow up. That is the best way and that is how other jurisdictions they are able to hold the Executive to account on their various undertakings."
