    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, the other issue, which is governance-related, is under Clause 9 (a). This is something I have spoken to in this House in the past. One of the reasons for vacating office should not be absence without permission of the chairperson. When you are dealing with adults, it should be by notification and not permission. The other issue is that of co- option. I know I have raised it in this House before. When you co-opt members of committees, you are appointing people through the back door. I hope the Committee can look into this aspect."
