    "content": "Another issue of concern is that even though we have done a good thing by providing only five years for the CEO, which then takes into account the interest of the youth, on the other hand, for the Corporation Secretary, we are giving seven years. Other than the issue that we are making it difficult for younger people to join, it is going to create a conflict between the Corporation Secretary and the CEO. So, it will be good to harmonise five years for both the CEO and the Corporation Secretary."
