    "content": "I know most sections of the original Bill were removed. Those included the section that sought to establish the Tea Board Headquarters in Kericho. This was a well thought out idea, but we will accept the change to Nairobi with branches countrywide. I only request the human resource departments of the bodies to be formed under this law, once approved, to give priority to residents from tea growing areas when it comes to employment."
