    "content": ". Our sheep are dying in masses and we do not have any particular authority or board to protect us. We do not know the cure for that disease. We do not know where to run to. We do not have a research organisation that we can run to, to save our livestock. As much as we will save the tea farmers from the cartels at the KTDA, livestock farmers also need to be saved. I urge the Members from the pastoralist regions to start preparing as many Bills as possible to protect our pastoralist regions which make up 80 per cent of the land mass of Kenya.
