Kimunya that this matter goes to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, but may I plead with the Chair that when I was seeking this Statement, in my mind, I knew that the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance exists. The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance was unable to address this question as recently as Wednesday last week. In his own words, he said that yes, the negotiations are ongoing but it is the collective decision of the Cabinet. It is only the Prime Minister who can speak on behalf of the entire Cabinet in this House."
