    "content": "I thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I congratulate my colleagues for bringing this Statement to the House. I would like to assure them that the issues raised in their Statement will be dealt with by my Committee. Although the Ministry of Health has released a statement today on their preparedness and heightened surveillance, I will still engage them to address the specific issues that have been raised by my colleagues because they are of national importance. We have to make sure that this deadly virus, which has so far not been detected in this country, is kept at bay. We will also address the issue of the Kenyans who are stranded in China. We will address all that. So, rest assured that this matter will be treated with the seriousness that it requires. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
