    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, there are those who will be trained to help the Kenyan people to use the electronic voting system. We will, therefore, have enough clerks who will be trained to help Kenyans in voting. I agree with the hon. Member that, indeed, there is a problem because 80 per cent of our people, especially in the rural areas, are unable to understand this. However, with the help of the clerks, I am certain that they will be able to use the system."
