It was bi-partisan because Members of the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights, the Senate Minority Leader and the Senate Minority Whip appended their signatures. I want to assure my brother, Sen. M. Kajwang,' that the decision that the Committee made was bi-partisan. Finally, we have attached the amendments schedule to the Report of the Committee such that when it comes to the Committee of the Whole, you will understand why we have reduced the number from 11 to seven.
