    "content": "Yes, I am duly informed, even though I do not believe that I will benefit a lot from that information. As I said, that information ought to have been shared before this Bill was brought to the House. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in this country, we fight over some things that other people might think are very small. We fight over elections and issues to do with the IEBC. Some us who are part of the political formation of this country took to the streets for months on end demanding the reorganization of the IEBC. A matter of that magnitude that can result in the flow of blood, death and destruction of property should not attempt to railroad and fast track when we have not attempted to get the necessary buy-in. If I had the authority - which unfortunately I do not have - perhaps the Senate Minority Leader would have had greater authority on that to make a request to the Senate Majortiy Leader and to the Chairperson of the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights that there is no burning crisis at the moment that this Parliament would deal with that would not be solved---"
