(iii) Could the Cabinet Secretary also list the road contracts that have been finalised including the variations if any, in Meru County? (iv) What is the progress of construction of the Meru town bypass and when is it expected to be completed? Hon. Speaker, I asked this Question last year, but I never got a reply. So, I am repeating it and I hope by the time I get the reply, the Meru by-pass would have been finished. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
