    "content": "If you come to the minority party, the Chairman of the Minority Party before we even go to a coalition, is the one leading the minority party in this House. I am the Chairman of ODM. If you come to the constitution of our party, the Chairman only consults with the party leader on matters of policy in the party. So, on matters of policy, the only person who can override what I speak is the party leader. Therefore, when I am given an opportunity and I have spoken, Hon. T.J.
