    "content": "The proposal from Hon. Kaluma earlier on one of the Motions is something we need to think seriously about. Is it possible we can put it in our Standing Orders that Hon. Members should be giving indications somewhere at some desk as they enter that they will be contributing to this or that? So that whoever is in the Chair can have an easy time. That way, others who have come for general appearance do not have to spend too much time here. We could at that time allow our committees - which we do from time to time - to concurrently sit. Like I have allowed for tomorrow and Thursday even as the House is sitting."
