    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. We support what we are debating today. I want to bring a point home that the success of every debate has a positive correlation to who is in the Chair. We call upon the Members of Speaker’s Panel to be in the House to learn and benchmark. At times, when there is critical Bill coming on the Floor of the House as leadership, we discuss and say we wish the Speaker was on the Chair. I am not saying they have been doing poorly, but they can also pull up their socks."
