This, indeed, enabled Members time to consider the report of the Budget and Appropriations Committee on budget estimates in general supply debate and a committee of supply comprehensively. You will notice the issue raised by the Member for Suba North when we follow the normal traditions of the Commonwealth. We may have to just do a reminder as again raised by the Member for Kiminini. It is necessary that you do some periodic reminders to your panel about the issue of ranking.
