It is important that we look at those provisions, as you indicated earlier, with a view of improving the quality of debate in the House and the usefulness of the time that we get when we come to this House. Without a doubt, there are quite a number of Members who benefit us in a big way when we listen to them. I keep talking about Hon. Makali Mulu. He and Mheshimiwa Kimunya are so knowledgeable in finance that listening to them also helps you improve your articulation of some of those areas. There is also the Chairman of ODM. He is also useful in certain topics. It may not be quite often but he is interesting to listen to. There are quite a number of such Members on the Floor. It is good for us to appreciate them. When you are a first-timer, you learn more from those who have been there before and you become a better debater in the coming days. I second the Motion and urge that we continue looking at these provisions with a view to making them even better than they are today."
