    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. First, I thank you for, at least, allowing me to listen to contributions by a few Members, especially, Hon. Jaldessa’s contribution had statistics and figures. I was not aware that a locust has the capacity to eat what a normal person eats. I do not know the definition of a normal and an abnormal person. However, she was very clear and eloquent. I probably do not agree with her that there should be equity in locust invasion.
