The locusts will spread out of Marsabit, Embu and Mbeere where they have exhausted the green matter and move to places where there is green matter. What will we have in the end? The Government needs to recheck its relation with the early warning institutions and think those things through properly. This idea of fighting and engaging when disasters are in sight is costing this country too much. We cannot wait for this forever."
