    "content": "There was a case last week where a person from Lamu was injured by a boat. She was picked up by an ambulance and it drove to a petrol station for fueling. It remained there for a whole one hour waiting for a communication from the CEC of the department so that it could be fueled. That was bad. Two days ago, the patient died.
