    "content": "I wanted to inform the Minister that she is misleading the House because only last week, the Chair read a letter from the same Ministry stating that the Minister was in a Cabinet meeting when the rest of the Cabinet was already here. So, how do we know they are actually having late lunch? Is it not the same story like last week? The Chair needs to protect the rest of Kenyans to receive adequate answers from the Government and action must be taken on such Ministers."
